By-Laws of the Oregon Cultural Exchange Wrestling
The tradition of the Oregon Cultural Exchange dates back five decades. The OWA has sent a state team out of the country annually since the early 1960s. A great deal of effort goes into the Cultural Exchange program to provide a quality experience for a modest price to the team qualifiers.
