The purpose of Vidlak-Gentry Camps is to

expose our students to world class technique and training

methods. This camp is a technique camp and is designed

to cover all three levels of wrestling -up, down and

neutral- with emphasis on both folk style and freestyle

wrestling. We will separate participants according to

ability level for optimal instruction.
